If you do prefer an urgent topper an URGENT FEE will be added (above topper price)

• BENTO WORDING, PLAQUES AND TOPPERS

• 5cm - 6cm = R40

• (This size works well for cupcakes and small bento cakes (4inch)

 

• 7cm - 9cm R80

• This size works well with a 5inch , 6inch, & 7inch cakes

 

• 10cm -15cm R100

• This size works well with a 7inch, 8inch, 9inch, cakes

• If you do require a specific font, kindly leave the fonts name in the comments below.

• If you prefer a different colour and is not listed (KINDLY LEAVE IN COMMENTS)

• You are welcome to share a photo if easier. there is a link on the page to add an image.We can do simiilar.

• A mock up will be sent for your approval.

• PLEASE DO TAKE NOTE we require 2-3 Days which is only on working days.                                                   

• Sunday's & Public Holidays is not included in the 2-3 days notice

• ORDERING
  When you are placing the order, It is your responsibility as the client to be sure of the size, colour, wording to be correct.

• CB-Baker will not be held responsible if the details of the topper is wrong.

• Mock -up will be send for approval. 

• Once you recieve you're order & are unsatisfied with the outcome of the topper, (after mock- up has been send and approved) a new order has to be placed and paid for.

• Once the toppers is collected from us @ CB BAKER'S Premises  we do not take responsibility for

• Any breakage, caused by 3rd parties. (uber drivers,Deliveries)

•  If the the topper breaks in your care.

• Colour, wording, size is incorrect 

• Regarding the time Frame

• All orders has to be placed by 15.30 to be able to collect on the required day.

• CB-Baker requires x2 working days notice as below for custom cake toppers:
  Ordering on:

• Monday - collecting  Wednesday 

• Tuesday -collecting Thursday 

• Wednesday -collecting Friday 

• Thursday -collecting Saturday 

• Friday -collecting  Monday 

• Saturday -collecting Tuesday

• Regarding the design

• CB-Baker Can not replicate another topper, that is not designed from us.

• Cake toppers will never look the same as in your inspirational image send. 

• CB- Baker can not replicate any other image, we can only do something similar.

• Pls do not expect the cake topper to look exactly the same, as it is humanly impossible to replicate and sadly we wont be able to assist you.

• LAST MINUTE ORDERS (JHB clients only)

• If you do prefer with in 24hours, (the next day) there will be an urgent fee, of a R150 

• for each custom topper, plaque or bento wording.

• If you prefer same day collection (within 12hrs) urgent fee will increase to R350 for each topper, plaque, bento wording.
   

• DELIVERY & COURIER

• CB-Baker can arrange delivery for your order, at a fee 

• we do not take responsibility for any breakage caused by the courier companies.

• You are welcome to book you Own courier aswell
