Custom Orders
Custom toppers with or with out an image is a clean cut
(IMAGES IS NOT CARTOONS)
All has to be pre-ordered. (2-3Days notice)
IMAGES
If you are adding a frame, a shape, Any image or any strings it is classified as an image.
Please do forward all images on What's App or Mail with your order number.
Please read all the info @checkout before proceeding with the order.
COLOURS: Pls see pictures above & provide the name of the colour
WOOD IS NOT INCLUDED

ORDERING
When you are placing the order, It is your responsibility as the client to be sure of the size, colour,
wording to be correct.

CB-Baker will not be held responsible if the details of the topper is wrong.
•
Mock -up will be send for approval.
•
Once you receive you're order & are unsatisfied with the outcome of the topper, (after mock- up has
been send and approved) a new order has to be placed and paid for.
•
Once the toppers is collected from us @ CB BAKER'S Premises we do not take
responsibility for
•
Any breakage, caused by 3rd parties. (uber drivers,Deliveries)
•
If the the topper breaks in your care.
•
Colour, wording, size is incorrect
We require 2-3 Days notice for custom toppers.
3D Toppers requires 4-5 Days notice
• Pricing for Wording is individual pricing (any other add on will increase the price)
• If an Image get added pricing will increase
• If two colours is required - pricing will increase
• If three colours is required - pricing will increase
• Cartoon toppers is a different price from normal toppers

If you do require to add an image, or change the colours to the wording (example a heart shape, a Wine glass, cartoon or
even a round frame. ) Please do look at the other options listed in the app. Or come in contact with us
SIZES
•
5cm - 6cm This size works well for cupcakes and small bento cakes (4inch)
•
7cm - 9cm This size works well with a 5inch , 6inch, & 7inch cakes
•
10cm -15cm This size works well with a 7inch, 8inch, 9inch, cakes
SPECIFICATIONS
•
If you do require a specific font, kindly leave the fonts name in the comments below.
•
If you prefer a different colour (KINDLY LEAVE IN COMMENTS)
•
If you do have a particular style in mind, kindly leave details below,
(you are welcome to share photo if easier.)We can do similar.

A mock up can be sent for your approval. (This is optional)
•
PLEASE DO TAKE NOTE (Sunday's & Public Holidays is not included in the the 2-3 day lead time)
URGENT TOPPERS
If you do prefer an URGENT TOPPER an URGENT FEE will be added (above topper price)
For each custom item
Option 1: Urgent order NEXT DAY: Collection with in 24hrs R150
Option 2: Urgent order SAME DAY: Collection with in 12hrs R350

Regarding the design
•
CB-Baker Can not replicate another topper, that is not designed from us.
•
Cake toppers will never look the same as in your inspirational image send.
•
CB- Baker can not replicate any other image, we can only do something similar.
•
Pls do not expect the cake topper to look exactly the same, as it is humanly impossible to replicate and
sadly we wont be able to assist you.
•
DELIVERY & COURIER
•
CB-Baker can arrange delivery for your order, at a fee
•
we do not take responsibility for any breakage caused by the courier companies.
•
You are welcome to book you Own courier as well, we will charge for the box & packaging
•
kindly share the courier information with us in time, if we don't receive any information from you
whether it is for the courier or for the UBER drivers in time, it will cause delay for your parcel.
