PLAIN Royal Blue CAKE
CB-Baker sells daily fresh home made cakes,
made from fresh preservatives.
Cake Above is a 20cm double layer Homemade vanilla sponge covered in American Buttercream (AMB)
We do offer two different types of cream
American Buttercream which is a favor amoungs the kids as it is made from Butter & icing sugar.
And Then we have the
Italian Meringue Buttercream.(IMB)
It is a bit more pricey than the AMB, but is not so overly sweet and is a favour amoungst the adults, as it taste alost like vanilla ice cream.
IMB is a smooth and soft cream, made from egg white, boiled sugar and cubes of butter.
Regarding the size:
We offer 2 different sizes 15cm and a 20cm diameter
15cm diameter 2 Layer sponge (10-12 servings) 10cm tall
20cm diameter 2 layer sponge (15-20 servings) 10cm tall
If you do prefer a bigger size, feel free to come in contact.
We do sell a variety of cake toppers in the shop and online, if you prefer specific wording, please feel free to send your order through on WhatsApp
Cake Instructions
Collecting the cake.
- Dont keep the cake in direct sunlight.
- Keep cake in a safe dry cool place.
- Preferably keep the cake in the fridge in the box
- When traveling with the cake keep it in the box on a flat surfice.
- After collecting the cake, go straight to your destination to place the cake in the fridge.
- Dont keep the cake in the car, while you go do shopping,THE CAKE WILL MELT.
- Drive slowly over speed bumbs.
- Take out of the fridge 1-2hrs before serving
