Service Description
BAKING & DECORATING CLASS Contains x5 days. starting every morning from 8am - 3pm @Cb- Baker's premises This is a lovely class for beginners a Light lunch will be served with tea & coffee at midday We do require you to please wear comfortable closed shoes and hair tied back. We will teach you how to bake & decorate in various techniques & methods. How to scale and assemble You will also receive a recipe booklet of all the goods you have learned in the class From Sponges, Buttercream, Home made curds, Ganache A Help full tool of a brand new set of nozzles will be given at the end of the session. Space of x 5 people at a time. to be sure you get the full attention you need. Day 1 (all Baking & Making) Day 2 (Assembling of cake ) Day 3 (All Different decorating techniques & making cupcakes) Day 4 ( Piping techniques) Day 5 ( all about fondant) Pricing includes Vat pls do come in contact with us we will send you a full run down of the training

Cancellation Policy
Classes are priced individually, to secure your space for a specific class kindly complete this registration document All payments to be done via EFT transfer or through the website. CB-BAKER does not accept payment for any classes on the premises. CANCELLATION GUIDELINES After confirmation of your booking with a completed registration document and proof of full payment, and the confirmation of the scheduled class 7 days before the scheduled date of the class, you will forfeit 50% of the class fee in the event of your cancellation. Cancellation of your attendance less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will result in 100% cancellation charge, (meaning monies paid are non-refundable. ) CB-BAKER reserves the right to cancel classes subject to minimum participants not attending; however, should we cancel a class we will try to accommodate all participants in presenting the class on another date or arranging a full refund. If a class is cancelled CB-BAKER is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur. All payments to be done via EFT transfer or the Website 7 days prior the class date, please note no cash deposits. Kindly use your full name as reference and forward proof of payment in order to confirm your booking. CB-BAKER does not accept payment for any classes on the premises. Please note adult classes are not suitable for infants or children of any age, with the exception on a child age 16+ that not only have a confirmed booking for the class but is also accompanied by an adult with a confirmed booking. CB Baker will not be held responsible if you get hurt on the premisses. we will help and assist where ever we can. please be cautious when working with equipment. CB Baker will not be held responsible for any loss of your personal belongings. please do take care of your items.
